Roby & Swanside Green Party would like to offer their warmest thanks to all those who voted for Kirk Sandringham in Roby ward, and for Paul Woodruff in Swanside ward in the local council elections on May 2nd. The election results in both areas were so close, but in the end Labour just managed to cling on in both seats with massively reduced majorities.
Despite not being elected Councillors, Kirk and Paul will continue to work hard for our area and stand up for local people all year round - not just at election time!
